Adventure Elopement in Joshua Tree National Park

I don’t want to share too many details about Kevin and Eve’s elopement in Joshua Tree National Park. One, words seem insufficient and two — the day was extra special. With just a few friends, a DIY bouquet, and on the 3rd anniversary of their first encounter — I’ll let the pics do most of the talking.

What I will say is that Kevin and Eve welcomed me into their day as if I were one of their own. As part of the elopement, they had a ring warming ceremony — passing around the wedding bands so that every loved one present could hold the ring and quietly whisper their blessings. I was lucky enough to be included in this ritual. That honor is not lost on me.

Kevin and Eve, congratulations on the most beautiful wedding adventure. You’ve shown me the beauty in doing your own thing and the importance of always making time to go watch the sunset. You never know what magic will be waiting.
