Living in Downtown LA, I have a soft spot for urban spaces that make for a great party. When Anna and John approached me about documenting their big day at the new City Libre in Boyle Heights, I knew I had to say yes. It was certain to be a great time.
The Lautner Compound: A Mid-Century Modern Palm Springs Wedding
In beautiful Palm Springs and in the most modern of spaces - Angela and Jeff said their I Dos amongst loved ones at a mid-century masterpiece – the Lautner Compound. High school sweethearts, most of their wedding party comprised of close childhoods friends. The wedding was tasteful (and tasty), modern, AND a rager — I’ve never seen so many individuals passionately grooving to Bruno Mars as I did that night.
Adventure Elopement in Joshua Tree National Park
I don’t want to share too many details about Kevin and Eve’s elopement in Joshua Tree National Park. One, words seem insufficient and two — the day was especially sacred. With just a few friends, a DIY bouquet, and on the 3rd anniversary of their first encounter — I’ll leave the pics to do most of the talking.
